Presentation by Robert Schmidt. World Transitions are tough. The best way to deal with the coming crises is to move from loyalty to one’s community to loyalty to the world society. While we do not all have access to hard power, we can exercise soft power. Robert Schmidt has a Ph.D. in Political Science. He has taught in various countries. Before his retirement he was a professor of Theology and Political Science at Concordia University in Portland.
