The 1918 Flu Epidemic With An Eye To COVID
Dr. Christopher McKnight Nichols takes us back to 1918-19 to learn the real story of the deadliest pandemic in American history and to provide us with insights about the past that point to lessons applicable today’s COVID pandemic. Dr. Nichols is Director of the Center for the Humanities at Oregon State University, where he is Associate Professor of History. He is a frequent commentator on the history of politics and foreign policy. He has published several books on these subjects.
