Evans is founder and CEO of Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers, turning a life of lived experience into an opportunity to serve people still experiencing homelessness and addiction in Oregon.

Presentation by Mel Gurtov. China has given limited support to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Beijing is missing an opportunity to show international leadership -- playing a peacemaking role. The Biden administration also missed an opportunity to get China’s cooperation on Ukraine. Gurtov is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at PSU. He is author of 30 books on China and U.S. foreign policy.
