Senior Advocates for Generational Equality (SAGE) raises awareness about educational, environmental, and economic challenges facing future generations, and inspires older adults to work across generations to address those challenges. Prior to joining SAGE, Mr. Higgs  practiced environmental law, studied collaborative problem serving as a Fulbright Fellow. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree, and a judicial doctorate.

Laura Golino de Lovato gives an overview of rental subsidies at both the national and the local level.  She covers how rental vouchers are paid for, how they are allocated, and why they are effective and efficient. Laura Golino de Lovato is Executive Director of Northwest Pilot Project, which provides housing assistance and advocacy to low-income seniors in Multnomah County.
