Prior to joining SAGE, Mr. Higgs  practiced environmental law, studied collaborative problem serving as a Fulbright Fellow. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree, and a judicial doctorate.

Crooks is an associate professor at National Jewish Health, a respiratory research hospital in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Dr. Crooks co-directs the hospital’s Environmental Epigenetics Research.
